1. Governing Law – Nicotine-Free Vitamin Strips (EU)

These products do not fall under tobacco legislation but are instead classified under food supplement and general consumer product regulations.
Therefore, the following general principle applies throughout Europe:

Governing Law for all EU Member States

This document and all transactions relating to nicotine-free vitamin strips shall be governed by the laws of the country of incorporation of NOVAPE B.V., namely the Netherlands. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Why?

EU legislation allows the seller to apply its homeland governing law.

Vitamin products fall under EU Food Law (Regulation (EC) No 178/2002) and the Food Supplements Directive 2002/46/EC, meaning there is no requirement to adopt a separate governing law for each EU Member State.

This approach avoids the complexity of handling 27 different legal regimes.
